Ron hails from Massachusetts. He received a BS and an MA in finance from the University of Massachusetts, Amhurst. He is an Army Vietnam-era veteran, having served in Germany for four years in military intelligence-counterespionage. Ron was employed by a major Boston bank for nineteen years in international banking and trade finance. Finishing his years there as head of the bank's International Division. He later purchased two companies in the Sarasota area, in the manufacturing and business-to-business service sectors.
His last business was sold through Sinclair Business Brokers, and Ron was impressed with the professionalism of the firm. He joined the firm four months after the sale in 2010. His experience with national accounts, small business, and his analytical skills provide him the means to bring together both buyer and seller in a mutually beneficial business transaction.

Chad became a business broker because of his desire to help small business owners and enterpreneurs find their

Chad moved to Sarasota in 2012, after living in New England and several cities in the Midwest.
He then obtained a florida real estate and mortage license. In addition, he has a bachelor of Business
Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire.

successful business. He furthered his entrepreneurial spirit by starting a new business, then purchasing and
